| 摘 要： | 政治素质是人的综合素质的核心,在高等教育发展进程中要重视教师政治素质的培养和提高。高校基层党支部是党在高校的基层组织,是培养和提高广大教师的基本素质特别是政治素质的组织基础,是高校党的全部工作和战斗力的重要保证。明确高校基层党支部在提高教师政治素质工作中的作用,加强高校基层党支部对教师政治素质养成的引导,探寻提高教师政治素质的途径意义深远。

| Abstract: | Political quality is the core of people＇s comprehensive qualities.It＇s important to train and improve the teacher＇s political quality in the higher education development.The Party Branch is the primary organization of the Party in higher education institutions.It＇s the organizational foundation to cultivate and promote the teacher＇s basic qualities especially political qualities.It＇s an important guarantee of the Party＇s all work and battle effective-ness.It has far-reaching significance to clear the function,strengthen the guidance and explore some solutions of the Party＇s primary organizations in improving teachers＇ political qualities. |
