| 摘 要： | 面对愈加激烈的市场竞争,我国商业银行要想战胜外资银行,关键在于提高自身的服务竞争力,而服务生产率必将是提升服务竞争力的更为关键的指标。本文主要以有关服务生产率研究的一些知识为基础,逐步展开重点来研究服务生产率在商业银行应用中的影响因素、测度,并提出提高服务生产率的一些具体可行的实施策略。

| Abstract: | Facing with the increasing rivalry in the market,it's very important for Chinese commercial banks to step up their own service capacities,in order to win their foreign competitors in the game.And service-productivity must be the more important index to step up their own service capacities,this thesis major take some knowledge of service-productivity as a foundation,spreading out step by step to research service-productivity's application in commercial banks,including factors of effect,measure,and come up with some specific and implemental strategies. |
