建设和谐社会的行为文化

社会成员的价值取向多元化、行为方式多样化、行为环境复杂化成为社会转型时期人们行为文化的特征。行为文化作为大文化概念的一个类型,由价值取向、行为方式和行为环境等要素构成。社会的强制性规范、传承性规范和文化传播是行为环境的主要构成部分。在行为环境的优化过程中,强制性规范的制定和实施是关键,传承性规范的现状是基础,文化传播是手段,价值取向的进化是最终目的。要建设符合社会主义和谐社会要求的行为文化,只有从优化行为环境入手,才能培育和谐社会的利益共同体,从而促进利益共同体的价值取向的形成,最终推进和谐社会的建设。

Building Behavior Culture of Harmonious Society

Behavior culture as a type of great culture consists of value orientation,behavior mode and behavior environment.In building behavior culture geared to requirement of socialist harmonious society,only by starting to improve behavior environment can we foster interest community of harmonious society,hence promote formation of interest community's value orientation,and ultimately advance the construction of harmonious society.
