调节匹配对社会资本与电子病历共享关系的影响研究

电子病历共享对于提高整个区域内的医疗水平有着重要意义，是学术界和管理界共同关注的问题。应用调节匹配理论，研究具有不同调节定向的医生对于社会资本因素和电子病历共享之间关系的差异。研究结果表明，无论是促进定向还是防御定向的医生，信任都很重要，但二者无显著差别。对于促进定向而言，形象、互惠和电子病历共享的关系较强；对于防御定向，失去知识的权威、主观规范和电子病历共享的关系较强。最后，根据研究结果，提出了管理建议和未来研究方向。

The Research of Effects of Regulatory Focus on Relations between Social Capital and Knowledge Sharing

Electronic medical records sharing has important significance for improving healthcare in a region, and it is a problem concerned by researchers and managers. Applied regulatory fit theory, this paper studied the differences of relationships of social capital and electronic medical records sharing for two regulatory focus. The results indicate that trust is important to promotion focus and prevention focus, and there is no significant difference between promotion focus and prevention focus. To promotion focus, the relationships are stronger between electronic medical records and image and between electronic medical records and reciprocity. However, to prevention focus, the relationships are stronger between electronic medical records sharing and loss of knowledge power and between electronic medical records sharing and subjective norm. Finally, according to the research results, we proposed some suggestions for managers and further research.
