矛盾凸显期加强和创新社会管理的对策研究

完善的社会管理是构建社会主义和谐社会的保障,当前我国社会管理存在着政府社会管理理念和手段落后、社会组织发育不成熟、公众参与社会管理的自觉性和机制的缺乏等问题,这与我国快速发展的经济极不相符。当前我国社会矛盾多发凸显了加强和创新社会管理的紧迫性。对此,应通过加强和完善党和政府对社会管理的领导;政府应转变社会管理理念和方式;充分发展社会组织在社会管理中的作用等途径,加强和创新社会管理,化解各种矛盾,促进社会的和谐稳定。

A Study on the Way to Strengthen and Innovate the Recent Social Management

The improvement of the social management is the protection of buildinga socialist harmonious society.At present,there are so many problems of this aspect,like the poor governmental concepts and methods,the immature social organization,the weak consciousness for the public and the lack of mechanisms,etc. That’s not corresponding with the rapid development of economy in China.Therefore,the urgency to strengthen and innovate the social management is very important.In this situation,our Party and government should enhance the leadership to play a role in the social organizations and change their theory of administration.Also,they should find the better way resolve the conflicts and eventually promote the harmony and stability of our society.
