| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代初期,我国的改革开放和现代化建设进程一改80年代末速度放慢的局面而加速推进.呈现这一局面的主要因素是邓小平的南巡谈话从理论上解决了以经济建设为中心、发展科技和教育及姓"资"姓"社"等一系列问题,排除了"左"的干扰,解放了人们的思想,为我国的改革开放和现代化建设提供了有利的政治环境.

| Abstract: | In the early years of the 1990s,Chinese opening up and modernization were expedited while they were developing at a low speed in the last years of the 1980s.The change mainly resulted from the influences of the speech made by Deng Xiaoping in his inspection tour of the South.Thanks to the speech,the econmic development was established as the focus of the construction and the importance of scientific and technological development was emphasized.Besides,the mind of the people was liberated because the speech theoretically settled the dispute about the "socialism"or"capitalism"of Chinese econmic construction and reduced the influences of leftism.Therefore,a favorable political environment for Chinese construction of opening up and modernism was created. |
