| 摘 要： | 中外大学合作办学建设孔子学院是我国在海外建设孔子学院的主要形式,是对高等教育国际化的推动与创新。作为非营利性教育机构,孔子学院又承载了开展汉语教学和中外教育、文化、经济等方面的交流与合作重任。通过对目前孔子学院建设中所遇诸多问题的分析,从国家汉办和合作大学等多角度进行思考,针对理念制度、管理环节、实施主体、整体策略、队伍建设、实施进程等层面提出了解决的途径。

| Abstract: | It has become a very popular way for Chinese and foreign universities to co-establish Confucius colleges overseas,which helps develop the internationalization of higher education.As nonprofit education organizations,Confucius colleges have the duty to open Chinese language teaching program and to carry out the cooperation in the fields of education,culture,economy,ect.This paper aims to analyze the problems in the process of establishing Confucius College and put forward some solutions to the problems on principle system,administration,whole strategy and troop's construction etc. |
