| Abstract: | Photosynthetic bacteria was fixed immediately with glutaraldehyde and paraformaldehyde solution, was fixed with osmium tetroxide again, and then was stained with uranyl acetate. The fine structure of photosynthetic bacteria was obtained perfectly through transmissione lectronm icroscope( TEM). |
