| 摘 要： | 人力资本有着自身的特点,如人力资本的能动性、投资连续性、不可转让性及异质性,这些特点使得人力资本投资收益的不确定性较大,投资回收期较长,这就意味着人力资本投资的风险较大。如何防范人力资本投资风险,获得人力资本投资较高的回报率,是决定企业经营成败的关键。

| Abstract: | Human resource capital has its characteristic,such as its initiative,investment continuity,not to transfer and peculiarity,which make the profit of human resource capital investment be more unsure,make the recycle period of investment be longer,it means the investment risk being high.It is the key for business operation how to keep lookout of the investment risk and gain the higher rate of return on investment. |
