| 摘 要： | 卖淫女是危害性与被害性的同一体 ,但是人们往往只是看到卖淫女的危害性而忽视其被害性。实践中 ,卖淫女的合法权益得不到应有的重视和保护 ,我国一些城市中甚至出现了专门针对卖淫女的犯罪。目前应该重视卖淫女的被害性 ,加强对卖淫女群体合法权益的保护。

| Abstract: | Female prostitutes combine harmfulness and sufferings.in themselves But people used to pay attention to their harmfulness and neglect sufferings. As a matter of fact, women prostitutes' legal rights and interests do not get adequate attention and protection, even in some cities in our country, some crimes are specificaly targeted to female prostitutes. So the sufferings should be paid more attention to and their legal rights and interests as a group should be attached strengthening protection. |
