| Abstract: | College archives are advantageous in scientific and technological content,basic infrastructure,techincal capability.They are entitled with the preservation of social information resources and with the transmission of archive information.Moreover,they are obliged to serve the needs of society.The article attempts to discuss college archives expansion of social services concerning the significances and strategies and measures to take for the realization of the services. |
