| Abstract: | The theory of western transactional cost has a logic premise that the main bodies of negotiation are transactional. But China is in its shunt phase, and the transactional negotiation relationships between main bodies are yet to be formed. Non-transaction is a particular phenomenon. It is a key for the system innovation in China to research the cost of non-transaction. |
