| Abstract: | The relationships between evolutions of enterprise's institution and the growth of external market could be revealed through researches on the characteristics of family enterprises. The growth of external market, including commodity market, financial market, labor market and manager market greatly promotes the large-scale of modern capitalist enterprises; meanwhile, it is the gradual perfecting of these external markets that could guarantee the efficiency of enterprises by normalized internal management organizations in the large-scale situation. |
