马谡“违亮节度”考

发生在228年的街亭战役,是由诸葛亮亲自组织、马谡直接指挥的,结果以失败而告终。1700多年来,论者都以为过失在诸葛亮用人不当和马谡的骄傲自大。但是,当我们从领导艺术的角度切入时,才发现马谡在诸葛亮长期事必躬亲、察察为明工作作风的压力下,终于在指挥街亭战役时,以逆反心态“违亮节度”,改变了诸葛亮预定的作战方案,擅自布势,导致了街亭战役的惨败,从而为今天研究领导艺术留下了深层次的思考。

A Study on Ma Su's Disobeying Zhuge Liang's Command

Jieting campaign, occurred in A. D. 228, was organized by Zhuge Liang himself and directed by Ma Su, and was failed in the end. During the past 1700 years and more, people all argued that the failure was due to the unsuitable person chosen by Zhuge Liang and to Ma Su's arrogance. But when we study in a view of art of leadership, we could find the truth. In fact, under the pressure came from Zhuge's leadership style of doing everything personally, Ma Su generated rebellious behaviors. He changed the plan, disobeyed Zhuge's campaign strategy, and made a decision of his own which led to the final failure, hence it left for us deep thoughts in today's study of the art of K adership
