论生产要素意义上的人力资本

本文在对人力资本成为生产要素的表达作简要介绍的基础上 ,就人力资本的生产性作出经验验证 ,据此得出按人力资本分配将成为分配的主体形式的结论 ,并就这一分配关系的效率与公平问题进行初步的讨论 ,最后从产业结构与分配结构关系的角度 ,对这一结论作一证明

On Human Resource Capital as A Key Element of Production

On the basis of a brief introduction to the notion that human resource capital has become one of the key elements of production, this article puts forward an empirical evidence of the productivity of human resource capital. Then it draws the conclusion that it will become the major form of distribution to distribute according to human resource capital, and makes the preliminary approach to the problem of efficiency and fairness of this relation of distribution. In the end, the article testifies the conclusion from the angle of the relation between the industrial structure and the distribution structure.
