| 摘 要： | 经对苏北地区计划生育宣传教育现状的考察与调查发现 ,“九五”以来苏北地区计划生育宣传教育在取得进步的同时 ,也存在一些与形势发展不相适应的问题。基于对存在问题的分析 ,从理顺思路、建立机制、强化队伍、建设网络等方面阐述了加强和改进该地区计划生育宣传教育工作、增进实效性的对策

| Abstract: | The author noted, through the survey in Subei Region, that although the district has made progress in the family planning publicity and education since the 9th 5 year plan started, there are still issues hindering the development. Thus he analysed the issues and put forward the solutions: to rearrange the train of thoughts, to establish applicable mechanics, to qualify the population personnel and to set up a net work. |
