加强辅导员队伍建设构建和谐的高校思想政治教育机制

辅导员是高校从事德育工作、开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。当前，高校辅导员队伍存在的主要问题有：日常工作繁杂，思想政治教育工作的覆盖面狭窄，无法落实；职称晋升难，职业认同感低；以经验型工作为主，离专家化、职业化道路尚远。加强辅导员队伍建设，构建和谐高校思想政治教育，需要明确岗位职责，切实加强思想政治教育工作；明确辅导员地位，提高辅导员职业认同感；提高理论素养、增强素质，加快职业化、专家化进程三个方面入手。

Constructing Harmonious Ideological and Political Education Mechanism in Universities of China by Enhancing the Team-Building of Counselors

Counselors are the backbone in the university who are engaged in the moral, ideological and political education of university students. Currently, the major problems existing in the team of counselors in the university are as follows： their daily work is too heavy and complicated; the coverage of ideological and political education is too nar- row and hard to implement; it is difficult for counselors to get promoted in their professional titles, thus leading to the lack of occupational identity; for the lack of professional knowledge of management and moral education, the daily work of most counselors is mainly experience-oriented, so there is still a long way to establish a professional team of expert counselors. To solve these problems, we should enhance the team-building of school counselors and construct a harmo- nious ideological and political education in universities of China. To achieve this goal, we should start to clarify the re- sponsibilities of counselors and practically and effectively enhance ideological and political education, to clarify the professional position of counselors and promote their professional identity, to improve the theoretical levels and compre- hensive professional qualities of counselors, and to speed up the establishment of a professional team of expert coun- selors in universities.
