产学研合作培养环境工程创新型人才的研究与实践

摘    要:以师资队伍建设和实践基地建设为重点 ,研究了产学研合作培养环境工程创新型人才的运行机制。经过近 4年的实践探索 ,证明了产学研合作教育是全面贯彻落实党的教育方针的一种较好模式 ,体现了当前我国推进素质教育的要求 ,在培养高素质创新型人才方面具有明显的优势。培养的人才质量 ,教学质量和教师业务水平明显提高 ,学科专业建设取得明显成效 ,产学研各方互惠互利 ,实现了优势互补、资源共享

Abstract:With the emphasis on construction of teacher contingents and practice fields,the motion mechanism is studied for cooperative education of Enterprise-University-Institute for environmental engineering innovating talents.Through 4 years practice,it is proved that the cooperative education of Enterprise-University -Institute is a good model of carrying out the education policy of the Party;it reflects the requirements of pushing on quality education.There are obvious superiorities on education of high quality innovating talents: High in talent education quality, increment in teaching quality and teacher professional skill,tangible result in discipline construction, mutual benefit for each partner of Enterprise-University-Institute.
