| Abstract: | It is important for unconventional emergency group decision-making to describe the mechanisms of event scenario evolution.The paper examines the event evolution mechanism,responding evolution mechanism and event responding coupling mechanism of unconventional emergency.It also constructs the group decision-making mode for unconventional emergency coping,and analyzes the coordinating operation of early warning system,monitoring system and responding system. |
