| 摘 要： | 公司犯罪是公司作为主体实施的犯罪。论纲分为三个部分:公司犯罪及相关概念的界定;观念变革与方法多元;研究内容与创新。论文区分白领犯罪、法人犯罪、单位犯罪与职业犯罪,认为需要更新研究方法、变革研究观念。论文拟从六个方面研究公司犯罪,实现四个方面的创新。

| Abstract: | Company crime is a crime acted out by a company as the subject.This paper consists of three parts,namely company crime and the definitions of related concepts,innovation of ideas and multiplication of methods,and innoveation of study.The pater further distinguishes white-collar crime ,legal person crime,employer's crime and professional crime,and suggests that methods of study and ideas of study bi innovated.The author intends to study company crime from six standpoints,and to make innovations in four ways. |
