FDI对东道国工资效应的实证分析--以张家港市为例

在对外国直接投资(FD I)对东道国工资外溢研究作文献回顾的基础上,通过对张家港市统计数据的实证分析认为,FD I的出现通常会影响东道国内资企业的工资水平,但在张家港这类引进外资居全国前列的县级市,内外资企业之间劳动力成本已经没有多大差异,因此目前应该注重提高外资引进的质量,促进本国产业结构的升级,并应尽早改变对内外资不同的所得税法。

A Survey of Spillovers Effects and Demonstration Analysis of FDI on Host Country Wages--Based on the Example of Zhangjiagang City

This paper introduces some studies of spillovers effects of FDI on host country wages.It causes wages to rise in locally-owned firms, which has been confirmed by evidence in some developed countries and developing countries as well.Though it is not always the case,their presence does generally influence wage levels in host countries.This paper demonstrates statistics data of Zhangjiagang city,draws a conclusion that there is no difference for labor force cost between foreign investment enterprises and locally-owned firms,suggests that we must increase the quantity exceed the quantity in introducing into foreign capital,promote the grade of china's industrial structure and change different income tax laws between foreign investment enterprises and china's domestically-owned firms.
