信息化与现代化的相互促进与发展

社会信息化是对社会以材料、能源(即物质)为基础的发展态势向以信息、材料、能源三者所并立的格局发展。我国必须从思维、观念、体制上革新转变 ,克服对信息的封锁、垄断和信息不对称的弊端 ,让人民群众对信息拥有知情权和共享权 ,这样才能达到信息化 ,促进现代化的实现。
