宁夏城乡差距及二元结构研究

统筹城乡经济社会发展,构建新型工农城乡关系,消除二元经济结构和二元社会结构,是建设新农村的重要内容。宁夏的二元结构是自然过渡性二元结构和制度约束性二元结构的混合体。在这两类二元结构的推动下,宁夏城乡差距自改革开放以来呈逐步扩大的趋势。目前宁夏城乡居民收入差距已经进入高度不平等状态,引起了各级政府和社会各界的高度关注。本文以城乡收入差距为主来研究二元结构问题,首次测算出宁夏居民收入分配总体差距系数,并非常关注城乡在人文等诸方面的问题。

Research on the gap between city and country in Ningxia and the duality structure

Making overall plans for the social economic development,building a new relationship between city and country,eliminating the duality economic structure and the duality social structure,all these are important for developing the new country.With the driving of the duality structure,the gap between city and country in Ningxia has presented a tendency of escalation since China's reform and opening.Currently,the income gap of the habitants between city and country in Ningxia is rather unequal,which has aroused high attention of all level governments.This paper mainly studies the issue of duality structure according to the gap between city and country,for the first time measures and calculates the general gap quotiety of the income distribution among the inhabitants in Ningxia,and pays much attention to many other issues of humanity between city and country.
