| Abstract: | This paper presents discussions on President JIANG Ze min's thought concerning cultivating the health personnel, which includes the following aspects. The cultivation of health personnel is very important and concerns the development of the entire health cause; medical education is the basis of the cultivation of health personnel; ideological and moral education should be enhanced to increase the quality of the medical workers in this respect; and reasonable systems should be established to cultivate health personnel with high quality. |
