| 摘 要： | 本文在复杂自适应性理论的基础上,提出创新导向型项目进化二维动态模型,分析创新导向型项目之间的知识共享作用过程,给出创新导向型项目之间的知识共享动态模型,对创新导向型项目之间的知识共享进行分类（观念型知识共享、实践型知识共享）,再结合社会网络中的强联系与弱联系对其进行成本收益分析,得出：对于观念型知识共享采用弱联系;对于实施型知识共享采用强联系。

| Abstract: | Based on the Complexity Theory,the framework of the evolution of innovation in project team is addressed,the process of knowledge sharing between project teams is examined,and the knowledge sharing between teams is classified.Analyzing the cost and profit by combining strong contact and weak contact in social network,it is concluded that different knowledge sharings between project teams need different contacts. |
