法学本科教育培养目标及教学方法探析

摘    要:我国的法学本科教育已具有相当的规模,教学质量也有了长足的进步,但仍然存在不少的问题,最为突出的是教育培养目标不明确,规格不统一,这又直接导致与之匹配的教学方法的不科学。本文认为法学本科教育应培养应用型的职业法律工作者,是职业教育,而非精英教育和通识教育。与之相适应,法学本科教育应强化实践性教学,要开展多种形式的实践性教学,完善案例教学法。

Abstract:Though undergraduate education in the science of law in China is broad in scale and great progress has been made in the teaching quality, many problems still exist, among which are the vague training goals and shortage of unified standards, which have led to some unscientific teaching methods. This paper argues that the goals should focus not on elite or common knowledge education but on professional training. Accordingly, the teaching methods should be practical and practically verified. The teaching method of case study should also be bettered.
