| 摘 要： | 1840年鸦片战争迫使中国由传统社会向现代社会转型。在政治、文化的深层次上,这一转型过程恰好与近代报刊的发展形成了因果互动关系。一方面,社会转型为近代报刊带来了前所未有的发展机遇;另一方面,近代报刊的存在与发展,对于近代中国社会转型同样具有不可低估的积极意义。
