| 摘 要： | 信息资源是企业重要的战略资源。本文简要叙述了目前我国企业信息资源开发利用现状及其产生信息资源利用率低的原因 ,综合分析了构建企业信息资源适用标准的必要性 ,提出了七项规范企业信息资源的适用标准 ,即有效性、效率性、保密性、完整性、可用性、可靠性和符合性标准

| Abstract: | First, this paper has depicted the status quo of enterprise information resources in China, has analyzed the reason which generate poor efficiency of using information resources.Then this paper has analyzed the necessary of structuring the criterion of enterprise information resources.Finally, the paper presented seven criterions of information resources which enterprises should adopt, which include: effectiveness, efficiency, confidentiality, integrity, availability, reliability, and compliance. |
