| Abstract: | The fact that the main content of the NPO financial control should be the management of expenses and receipts is determined by not only the financial control purpose of obtaining and efficiently using funds to completely fulfil the social obligations of the non-profitable organizations but also the financial features different from the profitable ones. So the fact is that the important content of the NPO financial control should be the management of liabilities and financing through the share holding system. |
