| 摘 要： | 黑客文化的出现与发展是和信息技术的产生与发展同步的.随着计算机信息进入网络阶段,黑客势力的发展也成为网上不可忽视的一股重要力量.本文在已有的关于黑客的伦理分析基础上,试图进一步对黑客的网上行为进行道德评价,并提供了针对黑客文化的规范性标准,以使其朝着有利于社会进步的方向发展.

| Abstract: | The birth and development of hacker culture go side by side with that of information technology. With the arrival of network stage of computer information, the hacker has developed into an influential power that cannot be neglected. This paper, on the basis of the existing ethical analysis of hackers, attempts to make a moral evaluation of network behaviors of hackers. Regulatory standards directed at the hacker culture have been presented so that the very culture will develop in the direction of benefiting social progress. |
