| Abstract: | In this paper, the phylogeny of industrial engineering is firstly introduced. On this basis, the discipline system of industrial engineering is summarized, and the relationships between industrial engineering and management engineering are also concerned with. Lastly the new development trends of industrial engineering are discussed in the light of the new development directions of current science and technology. |
