| 摘 要： | 高校就业制度改革给思想教育工作带来许多影响.本文提出将思想教育工作融入大学生就业全过程,引导大学生树立正确的就业观,帮助其进行人生设计与就业决策,以实现毕业生的充分就业;进一步完善就业信息服务、职业资格准入以及市场管理等就业制度体系.

| Abstract: | Reforms of college students employment system have a great impact on the ideological education. This paper points out that ideological work should be merged into the process of college students employment, help them adopt correct employment point of view and make life design and employment decision. It is necessary to perfect such employment systems as employment information service, obtaining of professional qualification and market management. |
