| 摘 要： | 英、法两国民众的和平主义情绪、德国民众的复仇主义情绪以及它们通过民主政治过程而集合产生的外交政策理念对两次大战间欧洲国际秩序产生了破坏性影响。但同时,这种情绪经过民主政治过程后的相互碰撞,使欧洲主要大国的互动结果不以人们的和平意志为转移地集结为一股瓦解原有欧洲秩序的力量。

| Abstract: | The combination of British and French desire for peace and German desire for revenge have made destructive impacts to the European international order in the interwar period. Meanwhile such desire collided in the process of democratic politics, and the interaction of the European main powers turned into a destructive force which could not be changed by people' s desire for peace . |
