子女结构对农村养老中的资源交换机制的影响

本文采用2013年“中国健康与养老追踪调查”中甘肃和安徽两省追踪调查数据，运用广义线性模型、 logistic回归模型等分析方法，结合代际支持动机理论和能力理论，考察子女结构对农村养老中的资源交换机制的影响。结果发现：不管是经济支持还是情感支持，长子女和幼子女之间，儿子和女儿之间都存在分工关系和替代关系，以满足老年人的各项需求。子女的孩次、性别均对代际资源交换存在显著影响，孙子女的性别和数量对年轻一代和年老一代的代际动机产生显著影响，其中居住距离、外出务工和父母照料孙子女是不可忽略的中间因素。

The Influence of.Children structure on the Intergeneration Resources Exchange Mechanism of Elderly Support in Rural China

The generalized linear model and logistic regression analysis are used to analyze the data from “china health and Elder Support Longitudinal Survey” in Gansu and Anhui province in 2013 in the perspectives of motivation and ability theory of intergenerational support. It is found that the structure of children in a family indeed affects the intergeneration resources exchange mechanism in the rural elderly support. There is relatively clear division of labor and replacement between children either in financial support or in emotional support to meet the various requirements of elderly. The birth order and gender of children have a significant impact on the intergenerational resources exchange. The quantity and gender of grandchildren also have significant impacts on the motivation of intergenerational resources exchange , and the factors such as distance,working in the urban and care for grandchildren by grandparents are the mid-factors affecting the intergenerational resources exchange.
