中蒙边境地区的人口安全与人口发展

人口安全是关系到人口自身发展的关键问题,也是社会安全的重要基础。边境地区因为其特殊的地理位置、民族结构、生育文化、教育水平、人口结构等因素,致使其人口安全和人口发展对于巩固边防、树立国门形象、维护和增进民族团结、发展边境贸易、促进经济发展都有着重要的意义。近二十年来,中蒙边境地区由于人类活动和自然环境恶化的双重影响,已经严重影响了中蒙边境地区的人口与发展。
