| 摘 要： | 要加强党的执政能力建设,首先就要加强党的执政资源的建设。当前,党的执政资源面临着大量流失的现象,严重制约着党的执政能力的建设,为此,切实保护和加强党的执政资源的建设显得尤为迫切和重要。

| Abstract: | Building of the Party's reign resources should be strengthened firstly to enhance the building of the reign power. Today, the reign resources of the Party are faced with the serious loss and eruption, which severely restricts the building of the reign power. Thus it is particularly necessary and important to protect and strengthen the reign resources building of the Party. |
