近代社会劳动者层次结构模式转变对文明发展作用的思考

追述人类社会发展的历史 ,每一种社会形态都有自己独特的社会分层结构 ,以与整个社会的经济形态相对应和相适应。西方社会自近代发生产业革命以后 ,劳动者的层次结构伴随着也发生了深刻的变化 ,完成了从“属性模式”向“业绩模式”的转变。劳动者层次结构的变化 ,反过来巩固了产业革命的成果 ,推动产业革命进一步深入 ,推动了社会文化进步。对这一历史过程分析 ,可以看到 ,劳动者层次结构由传统的固定僵化模式向现代的非固定的灵活模式转变 ,从“属性模式”向“业绩模式”的转变 ,成为人类社会步入现代社会的标志。我国目前也只有根本上实现这种模式的转变 ,才能促进社会主义物质文明和精神文明的发展

Thinkings on the Change of Modern Social Labours' Level Structural Pattern Toward the Developmental Effect on Civilization

Tracing back to the developmental history in human society,we find that every social formation has its own unique social level structure in order to correspond to and fit in with the economic formation of the whole society. Since the Industrial Revolution in the western society,the labours' level structure has changed a great deal,finishing the change from "attribute pattern" to "achievement pattern". This change,in turn,consolidates the results of the Industrial Revolution,gives further impetus to the Industrial Revolution,and pushes forward the progress in social culture. Analysing this historical process,we can find that the labours' level structural changes from traditional regular and rigid pattern to modern irregular and flexible pattern,from "attribute pattern" to "achievement pattern" have become the landmark that human society steps in the modern society. Only when China as well at present radically brings about this change from pattern to pattern,can it accelerates the development in both material civilization and spiritual civilization.
