| 摘 要： | 2003年颁布的<婚姻登记条例>赋予民众婚检自由权,这引发了基于婚检而产生的知情权与隐私权间的矛盾与冲突.从婚检中隐私权和知情权的关系等一般问题的分析入手,探讨婚检中知情权和隐私权冲突产生的原因,最终研究如何协调婚检中隐私权和知情权的冲突问题.
