| 摘 要： | 合肥是一座历史悠久的历史文化名城,三国时期即为著名的商业中心城市。如果从历史时段来看,从秦汉开始至1949年,合肥城市功能和地位发生了较大的变更,由"市"向"城"转变,即由商业中心城市向政治城市转变,由经济功能为主导向政治军事功能为主导转变。这在中国城建史具有一定的特殊性。

| Abstract: | Hefei is a famous historic and cultural city,known as the commercial center even in the Three Kingdoms period.Since the Qin Dynasty to 1949,city position of Hefei has undergone a big change from a "market" to a "city",namely,from a commercial center to a political center,and its function has also changed from economy-oriented one to political-and-military-oriented.It has certain particularity in Chinese urban construction history. |
