| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了消费信贷的社会效应与制定《消费信贷法》的必要性,分析了分期付款消费信贷的法律问题,并对我国消费信贷法的调整对象、立法原则以及消费信贷的立法对策等问题,进行了初步探讨.

| Abstract: | This article accounts for social effects of consumer credit and the necessity of legislation governing consumer credit, analyzes lawful issues of consumer credit for instalment. Analyses are also made on lawful issue of consumer credit instalment as well as on potential beneficiaries of consumer credit law, legislation principles and strategies governing consumer credit in our country. |
