| 摘 要： | 通过国外基础设施建设商业化的历史回顾,分析了基础设施建设商业化的基础,外部条件和发展动力,从金融市场的改革等方面论述了基础设施建设商业化对我国的借鉴与启示,提出了我国基础设施建设商业化的策略及应解决的关键问题。
