| 摘 要： | 在区域经济和国家级政治组织控制下,同一民族的不同地区之间存在着整体性政治差异,形成相对优化的与普通的区域政治系统两种类型。它们分别以所属区域经济具体参数为本原。前者主张行使系统优化诸功能,其状态空间宽广有序。后者行使系统维持功能,其状态空间略狭于经济发展要求。

| Abstract: | Under the control of Regional economic and national political organizations,there exist global political differences from region to region within the same nation,thus relatively optimal and general regional political systems take shape.Each has concrete parameter of its regional economy as primitive.The former exercises its optimal functions with its state space broad and ordered while the latter exercises its maintaining functions with its state space barely adequate for economic development. |
