| 摘 要： | 滥觞于科技革命的证据法上的变革,正引领人们全面开启高精尖的科技证据时代。缘于自身的高证明力却囿于可反驳性阙如的属性,高科技证据在控辩双方的证据链条中有极强的内外稀释效应,并进而产生证明上的"一有俱有,一无俱无"的现象。参酌高科技证据的潜在的、爆发力极强的固有风险,应引入风险系数进行相应修正。
