| 摘 要： | 气候变暖、能源危机和生态危机使人们不得不重新思考传统经济增长方式的缺陷和弊端。各国共同认为,低碳经济是实现人类可持续发展的有效途径。山东省在传统经济增长方式下,消耗大量能源和资源,造成了环境污染,因此,发展低碳经济是协调山东省经济与能源、环境关系,实现山东经济持续健康发展的必然要求。
