| 摘 要： | 实验教学是高等教育的重要教学形式之一,改革实验教学使之更有利于大学科技创新素质的培养,是我校食品学院近几年来教学改革的重点内容之一。实践证明,良好的实验教学体系是培养和提高大学生科技创新能力的基本保证。

| Abstract: | The experimental teaching is one of the most important form of higher education. It is one of the key teaching research project of the Food College recently years that reforming the experiment teaching to be propitious to cultivate the academicians' innovative ability. The practice prove that the good the experiment teaching system is the prerequisite condition to cultivate and improve the academicians'innovative ability. |
