| Abstract: | In the cases of Fresnel diffraction and Fraunhofer diffraction, the equivalence between the spherical wave theory and the plane wave theory were shown. The results of the spherical wave theory and the plane wave theory are the same based on the Huygens-Fresnel principle and Fourier theory respectively. |
