摘    要:创新人才培养是高等教育改革和发展的重要目标。创新型人才培养不仅是满足企业长期、可持续发展对科技创新人才的需求,也是国家战略发展的现实要求。高等专业基础教育是创新人才培养的关键环节,高等教育承担着创新人才培养和科技文化发展的历史重任。

Abstract:The cultivation of innovational talents is the important objective of reforming and developing higher education. It is not only for meeting the demand of enterprises' long-term, sustainable development, but also for the practical requirements of the national strategy development. Higher professional basic education is the key part of the innovational talents cultivation. Higher education has its historical responsibility of cultivating innovational talents and developing techno-culture.
