机制设计理论在教师教学评价中的应用

摘    要:根据机制设计理论,好的机制应同时满足信息有效和激励相容两个条件。但在委托代理关系下,由于信息不对称和激励不相容,极易导致逆向选择和道德风险的不良后果,影响组织目标的实现。教师教学评价中,可以通过信号传递、合同筛选、目标管理、绩效考核等方式,充分调动教师教学积极性,有效防范逆向选择和道德风险的发生,把学校整体目标与教师个人目标融为一体。

Abstract:According to mechanism design theory, effective information and incentive compatibility should be satisfied simultaneously by a good mechanism. However, under the condition of principal-agent relationship, information asymmetry and incentive-incompatibility lead easily to adverse selection and moral hazard, thus hindering the realization of organizational target. In teachers teaching assessment, we can mobilize sufficiently teachers' teaching enthusiasm, so as to integrate the whole goal of the school into teacher's personal goal and effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse selection and moral hazard, by signal transmission, competitive employment, objective management, performance evaluation, etc.
