| 摘 要： | 通过六种生长促进剂对双歧杆菌增殖效果、凝乳时间等进行测定,筛选出胡萝卜提取液和双歧 糖作为最佳促进剂,然后通过正交实验确定其混合比例为1:1,最佳发酵时间为6小时,菌数达到每毫升 109以上。

| Abstract: | After applying 6 kinds of growth promoter to examine diplococcus' multiplication effectiveness and clabber duration, carrot extracting solution and dimerous sugar are picked out to be the best growth promoter. Whereafter the mixed proportion is ascertained to 1:1 by orthogonal experiment, and the best ferment duration is firmed at 6 hours. It obtains 109/ml bacteria volume or some above. |
