本文从新疆女性人才较为集中的单位入手 ,分析了单位提供资源与保障时女性形成的人格依附及女性在单位内的行为选择 ,试图说明单位环境下的正式权力结构、非正式权力结构及普遍社会观念对女性人才作用有效发挥的制约和不利影响 ,并归纳出单位内女性人才的人格特征 ,指出未来社会女性人才与工作环境的变动前景

The Female Talents in the Unities

This article analyzes the resources and security provided by the unities make the female attach themselves to the unities and the female's behavioral selection in the unities in order to show that the formal and informal power structures in the unity contexts and the general social points about the restrictions on the female role. Then the author sums up the characteristics of the personalities of the female in unities and the prospect of the changes of the female talents and their working circumstance in the future.
